Delivery Information
Under normal circumstances, your Item(s) will ship from our premises within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing. We only ship Monday through Friday. Some products will be shipped to you directly from the supplier’s premises. Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following week. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted, it will be backordered. Back ordering generally adds an additional 2-10 business days. If the item will not be in stock within the backorder time period, customer will have the option to wait for a back-order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund.
General Terms
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order. All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight on Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. In case of shipping damage, the customer should contact us immediately, so we can promptly file a damage claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to MedB within 36 hours.
By purchasing from our web site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.
Items Damaged During Transit
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days by calling 0034 965071745, or by email to contact@medb.es. If you do not contact us within this time period, your damage claim may be denied by the carrier. Customer assumes all responsibility for the damaged item before it is picked up by the corresponding carrier agents.
Return Policy
You can return all products that you buy from our website. The products should be returned unused, in the exact condition they were delivered with original packaging. We will not accept any product returned without the original packaging of the product.

When can I return the items?
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Medb – you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we will gladly take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by debit card, credit cards or PayPal then we will reverse the payment.
What should I do if I receive a Damaged, Missing or Wrong item in my order?
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as described on our website or if units are missing from your order, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at contact@medb.es or call us on 0034 965071745 within 14 days of receipt of the product.
What amount will be reimbursed after the product is returned?
We are very happy to refund the full cost of the product minus the cost of shipping. If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by debit card, credit card or PayPal, then we will reverse the payment to your account.
Can I exchange an item?
Orders can be exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to pay back the difference in price excluding shipping cost, for a returned item that costs more than the exchanged item. Refunds in such cases can only be made through Paypal. There is a shipping charge for the exchanged item which would be incurred by the buyer.
Cancelled Orders
If you have placed an order, it has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to contact@medb.es to request cancel. Since the cancellation process may take up to 24 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime will have to be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to MedB are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened. Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping charge is not refundable.
Billing terms and conditions
We accept all credit cards, including PayPal. We bill your cards or PayPal only the total cost of your order. The Total cost is the product price plus shipping. There are no hidden charges.
